Nina Taylor is a licensed massage therapist serving Cypress and the greater Houston area. She started Houston Mobile Massage because the best part of a massage, the part right after, should not be spent in traffic.
Over 15 years, Nina has worked on bodies in every state: recovering from surgery, stiff from a desk, wrecked from marathon training, sore from carrying toddlers all day. That range is why her sessions are not interchangeable. She palpates, asks questions, and follows the pain to where it actually starts.
Her technique is often described the same way by clients: soft hands, strong pressure. She can work deep without making you brace, and she checks in as she goes rather than assuming that more pressure always means more relief.
The mobile part is not a compromise, it is the point. Nina arrives with a professional table, fresh linens, bolsters, oils, hot towels, stones and music, and she sets up in whichever room you like. Clients regularly say it feels more like a spa than a spa does, with the added benefit that when it is over, you are already home.
She finishes every appointment the same way: with specific stretches for your body and your day-to-day. And her advice on frequency is straightforward. One massage will make you feel good. A monthly massage keeps you there. It is like your teeth, you do not brush them once.
